Our Lower Limb Osteoarthritis (OA) Class is tailored to provide you with effective exercises, support, and education to help you manage and alleviate your pain. Be guided by top professionals, exercise with others and learn to self-manage and cope with arthritic pain in a group exercise setting.

If youre over the age of 45 and have chronic hip or knee pain that's lasted longer than three months, our Lower Limb OA Class could be perfect for you!

Tailored Exercises: Our program is designed specifically for individuals with lower limb osteoarthritis. Each session involves circuit-based exercises with varying degrees of difficulty, ensuring a workout that suits your ability.

Flexible Attendance: Our classes take place twice a week, allowing you to drop in as you need. Choose the sessions that fit your schedule and availability.

Experienced Guidance: Under the guidance of our highly experienced Sports Rehabilitator, you'll receive expert support to maximise the benefits of each session, and ensure youre progressing at a rate that works for you.

  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Additional Information: 1. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing to exercise sessions and suitable footwear such as trainers. 2. You should bring a water bottle and any medications with you such as inhalers. 3. It is likely that you may become sore in the initial stages which is normal after exercise. 4. You may not feel any improvement for up to 6 weeks. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please inform your intern or speak to a member of staff.
