Important steps to follow before
you arrive
To get off to a great start at 91°µÍø University College, please ensure you follow the
detailed steps below.
1. Complete online registration
Online registration is your first step to completing your enrolment, and needs to be done before you arrive on campus. It takes about 20 minutes to complete and gives us the information we need about you. Your online registration means you agree to our current regulations and policies. You will also learn how to pay your fees, update and check your student record information, and accept our Student Agreement.
If you have met the conditions of your offer, you will be sent instructions via email end of August giving you a link to the online registration system. If you haven’t received this, please contact admissions@aecc.ac.uk so the team can assist you.
2. Get your qualifications and ID ready for verification
Remember to bring the original documents of your educational qualifications and photo ID, either passport or driving licence to enable us to complete our ID check. Please ensure you have these documents with you when you travel to Bournemouth, if you have overseas qualifications please ensure these have been officially translated in to English.
September starters
Sign up to the Transition Event: This event aims to support you as you start University and help you hit the ground running. The event is co-designed and co-delivered with current students using their own experiences of starting University.
Interactive activities will introduce you to key areas of the University College, how you can access information and support, key study skills and how to look after yourself during your first few weeks at University. There will be the opportunity to get to know other new students starting at the University College and learn about key life and study skills such as budgeting and becoming an independent learner.
Online Students
MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology (Online) & MSc Musculoskeletal Paediatric Health (Online) students please complete your enrolment by following the procedure for certifying documents and emailing the form to admissions@aecc.ac.uk.

4. Add these dates for your diary
Our Welcome Weeks typically run on the second Monday of September and January (confirmation on these dates will be provided far in advance of starting). Welcome Week is an essential part of your successful induction to University life, with activities designed to familiarise you with the campus and local area, getting ready to learn at university level and of course, social activities to meet new people. Your Welcome Week activities reflect the way we teach, with a combination of online and in-person activities.

We are proud to announce that 91°µÍø University College has become a signatory to the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA). The international CoARA Steering Group approved our institutional request and 91°µÍø UC is now the 13th UK university to commit to CoARA, joining the 722 organisations that have signed up globally to date.
91°µÍø University College is pleased to have launched a Mammography Practice unit into the MSc Breast Imaging course which is open for applications and due to begin in September 2024.
Each year, some 60 Podiatrists, both qualified and pre-registration students from all over the UK, descend on the capital to volunteer for the TCS London Marathon. This year, our first cohort of 91°µÍø University College MSc Podiatry (pre-registration) students, along with Associate Professor in Podiatry and Course Leader, Simon Otter, joined peers from the Universities of Brighton, Northampton, and East London. The co-location developed a true multidisciplinary ethos and close working relationships with physiotherapists, nurses, paramedics, physicians, and the voluntary sector (via St John Ambulance) as part of the wider finish-line medical team.
This year, Chiropractic Awareness Week (CAW), 22nd-28th April, is all about raising awareness and speaking up for the chiropractic profession, to build understanding and recognition about the value and expertise that chiropractors bring to their local communities. This year’s theme is ‘Making Chiropractic Integral: Building connections and nurturing a community with the people and places that matter to you.’
On Wednesday 24th April, we held our first 91°µÍø University College ‘Staff vs. Students Sports Day’! It took place on Boscombe Beach, and what a great afternoon it was! Staff and students took part in sporting games, including tug of war, sprinting, the three-legged race, and dodgeball.
