Professional Development Framework Units
You can take units of study over a period of five years to complete your award, which may听be a PGCert (60 credits), PG Dip (120听credits)听听or听an MSC (180 credits) –听not applicable to MSc ACP. The delivery of the units is designed to fit around your working life, taking one unit at a time. You can choose from a variety of units in various subjects, some听specialist听and others generic in nature, building an award to reflect your professional career.听听
Students wishing to progress to the full MSc will听be required听to take 60 credits of core units, consisting of 2 units.听The first is Research Methods (20 credits) followed by a dissertation (40 credits) or a Service Improvement for Healthcare (40 credits).听The decision of pathway may be discussed with your employer/sponsor (if听appropriate)听and your academic supervisor. NHS applicants may be eligible for funding听through听their employing organisation. Applicants for the full MSc may be eligible for a Post-Graduate Loan.听听鈥�鈥�鈥�鈥�鈥�鈥�听
